Account questions, connection problems, billing. We reply within two business days.
Access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, and any question about how a brokerage connection is handled. We acknowledge within 10 days and resolve within 30.
Report a vulnerability. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it. We will not pursue action against good-faith research.
Disconnecting a brokerage account
You do not need to contact us to disconnect. Remove the connection in Foundry under Settings → Connections, or revoke Foundry's access from your broker's own security or connected-apps settings. Either route ends our access immediately.
If you want the stored data deleted as well, email privacy@monkey-jockey.com and we will delete it and confirm when it is done. The full procedure is in the Privacy Policy.
